Share
Have you been thinking about eating more plant-based foods but aren't sure where to start?
Maybe you'd like to eat healthier, add more whole foods to your meals, or simply find recipes your family will enjoy. Making lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming, especially when you don't know where to begin.
Recently, Eat Move Rest generously gifted me access to their membership so I could explore everything it offers and share my honest experience with you. As always, this review reflects my personal opinions after using the membership.
If you're wondering whether Eat Move Rest is worth it, here's what I discovered.

What's Included?
I was honestly surprised by how much content is included inside the membership. There is far more than I expected!
After joining, you'll find:
- A welcome video to help you get started
- Access to the Eat Move Rest mobile app
- A private Facebook community
- Seven downloadable eBooks
- Healthy recipes and meal-planning tools
- A wellness webinar filled with practical information
- Weekly live Zoom sessions (with replays available)
- Workout videos and additional wellness resources
Everything is organized well, and I found it easy to navigate—even if you're not especially comfortable with technology.
My Favorite Feature: The App
The app quickly became my favorite part of the membership.
It's filled with delicious plant-based recipes that automatically adjust ingredient amounts based on how many people you're cooking for. You can save your favorite recipes, create grocery lists, and make meal planning so much easier.
One feature that really impressed me was the ability to send my grocery list directly to Amazon Fresh. That alone can save so much time during a busy week!
If you're someone who struggles with meal planning, this app makes the process incredibly simple.
The Resources
The seven eBooks are packed with helpful information, beautiful photography, and practical tips.
One of my favorites is the Family Favorites Cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow, and I've already found several meals I'll be making again. I especially enjoyed the Cacao Power Smoothie—it's delicious!
The membership also includes an in-depth wellness webinar that covers nutrition, healthy habits, and practical ways to create lasting lifestyle changes.

The Community
One thing that really stood out to me was the supportive community.
Members encourage one another by sharing recipes, celebrating victories, asking questions, and offering helpful tips along the way.
Dusty and Erin are also very involved. I've reached out with questions and have always appreciated how kind and responsive they are. It's refreshing to see creators who genuinely care about helping people succeed.
The Challenges
Throughout the year, Eat Move Rest offers different wellness challenges that help members stay motivated.
The first one I participated in was the 14 Days of Smoothies, Salads & Stews Challenge, and I really enjoyed it.
It was fun seeing everyone's meals, reading their encouragement, and discovering new recipes along the way. Having that community support makes healthy living feel much less overwhelming.
What I Like Most
One of my favorite things about Eat Move Rest is that the focus isn't on perfection.
It's about making healthier choices one step at a time.
I'm not 100% plant-based, and I appreciate that they encourage progress rather than making people feel guilty if they aren't perfect. That approach feels realistic and sustainable.
Whether you start by changing one meal a day or simply adding more fruits and vegetables to your routine, every healthy choice is a step in the right direction.
Would I Recommend It?
Yes—I would.
If you're looking for practical encouragement, delicious recipes, meal-planning tools, and a supportive community, I think Eat Move Rest offers a tremendous amount of value.
Whether your goal is to incorporate more plant-based meals, improve your overall health, or simply discover new recipes, there's something here for everyone.
As with any health program, I encourage you to do your own research and choose what works best for you and your family.
Final Thoughts
Healthy living isn't about chasing perfection.
It's about faithfully caring for the body God has entrusted to us and making choices that help us feel our best so we can serve Him well.
I'm thankful for the opportunity to explore everything Eat Move Rest has to offer, and I hope this review helps you decide whether it's the right fit for your own health journey.
